I accumulated over 600 games in my professional playing career of 17 years, scoring over 75 goals.

A Premier League player with Chelsea FC and Barnsley FC as well as playing in the EFL for Reading FC, Bristol City FC and Grimsby Town FC before finishing my career in the Conference National for Aldershot Town FC.

I also represented Wales as a full international on 24 occasions and also played for England Schoolboys U18s 8 times

An experienced and respected football professional with an extensive knowledge of proven coaching methods accrued through a long and successful playing career, various coaching assignments and a dedication to personal development.  My coaching career started soon after finishing playing and I currently have a UEFA A Licence. I have now coached for 16 years from Academy football to Grassroots football including 2 spells in India as Head coach.
